Our marketing policy is one of continuous product development. We therefore reserve the right to alter specifications, terms & conditions and prices without notice at any time. You should check the terms & conditions posted on the MINIBUGIS PTE. LTD. website before each order they may have changed since your last visit. All orders are accepted subject to these terms and conditions of sale unless otherwise specified and agreed in writing by MINIBUGIS PTE. LTD.
We reserves the right to withdraw any promotional items from its website/flyers/etc. and change any promotional deals and offers where it deemed fit.
We reserves the right to suspend your order due to any potential risk.


Prices relate to products supplied in fabrics that are published in our price list, and are exclusive of VAT which will be invoiced at the rate ruling at the time of despatch. It is a condition of acceptance of orders that goods are invoiced at prices ruling at the date of despatch.


Payment for goods is strictly net monthly, and is to be made no later than the last day of the month following the month of delivery. In the event of late payment MINIBUGIS PTE. LTD., reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 4% above the POSB Bank base rate.


Ownership shall not pass to the purchaser until MINIBUGIS PTE. LTD. receives payment in full for any goods or services rendered.


Risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the purchaser at the time of delivery. Where goods are lost, damaged or destroyed and ownership has yet to pass, the purchaser will indemnify MINIBUGIS PTE. LTD against any loss incurred by it provided such loss damage or destruction does not result from the negligence of MINIBUGIS PTE. LTD.


All measurements quoted in our publications are nominal and terms used are those accepted by the trade.


All images, photographs and fabric guides are purely illustrative and are intended as a guide. Actual colours and fabrics may vary and if you are in any doubt about fabric selection please request a larger sample to be arranged. Able cannot be held liable in the event the customer subsequently does not like or agree with the specified fabric choice.


Leather is a natural product and as such may contain imperfections and blemishes which are unavoidable and integral to its character. We cannot accept liability or return of the product for these reasons.


9.1 By prior arrangement only.
9.2 Customer In Store collect is free of charge, we reserves the right to make or change appointment time.
9.3 There is strictly no refund, change or cancellation once the product has been received by customer.


10.1 Only cash or is acceptable for ordering. We do not accept E-Nets payment or credit card payment (VISA/ Mastercard) for delivery orders.

10.3 All deliveries are to ground floor entrance or must have lift path are free of charge to our Customer¡¯s premises. No liability in respect of damage will be accepted once Customer received the products. We reserve the right to make a charge for excessive waiting time.


Cancellations will only be accepted if MINIBUGIS PTE. LTD. receives written notice at least 7 working days prior to the delivery date. We reserve the right to recover the full cost of materials obtained specifically for the order, and for work done prior to the cancellation notice

13.1 Office Chair
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship(wear & tears is not include):

Bottom Plate, Cylinder, Base, Casters.
